"Mark Elling’s State Farm office in Shawnee is so easy to work with and that’s why we have stayed with them for many years. One phone call (that is actually answered by a human quickly) is all it takes to make a change, get info, etc. There is not a phone run around pushing a bunch of buttons to get what you need.
