"I have been insured by State Farm for about 4 years now for both my auto and home. I have had great experience with them so far. Initially for my apartment, they gave me a dirt cheap rate. When I upgraded to a townhouse and started shopping around, State Farm beat all the rates that I had gotten from everybody else. Similarly for my cars, they have provided me the best rates so far and I’m hoping they will continue to do so. This allows me to upgrade and move on in life while not having to worry about insurance rates. I know they’ll always have my back. Mark Elling and Rossy Suarez licensed in KS and MO offer great service. Rossy is always quick to respond and personalizes my quotes to my needs."

"I was in an accident on a snowy day! Mark got me through to the adjuster, who was very helpful and quickly was set up at the body shop they recommended with an appointment. His office and adjusters checked in with me later to see if I needed anything. The car is done now, and all I paid was the $250 deductible for the body work and $250 deductible for new windshield. They coordinated with Enterprise Rental car who also gave excellent service. Happy all the way around and have been for years with this State Farm agent and office!"
