One phone call (that is actually answered by a human quickly) is all it takes to make a change, get info, etc. There is not a phone run around pushing a bunch of buttons to get what you need. "Mark Elling and his office have been the best to me for not only insurance, but also with financial decisions. Not only did they help greatly the many times people have hit my car, while I have hit nothing, they are the friendliest office I know. Mark Elling suggested I start a Roth IRA in my mid twenties, and many years later I have saved money that I never would have had if I didn’t. It’s worth every penny to have a good insurance agent, and not a phone number to call for non-brick and mortar agencies. I even worked IT for an insurance company, but I still kept with Mark Elling’s office. That says something."
